whew... that was close

I just spent the last 5 minutes trying to remember my password to be able to post on this site! I tried to have it reset, but it would have taken over two days to figure it all out! By that time I would have failed to post, and I can only imagine what horrible end waited for me with Brian's choice of "wrestling move." Probably something like Hulk Hogan's "Big Boot" or "The Sleeper." Too bad we won't find out this week. ;-)

The Lent season has started. I've chosen to abstain from drinking any pop and swearing. Swearing isn't new, its what I try to avoid doing every season of Lent. I always do keep track of how many times I slip up. Last year it was nine. This year i'm not off to a good start. I have two already and it is mostly due to things that go on at work. I will specifically blame Sears for one of them, and the other has to do with an upcoming trip to Boston.

Next week I venture out east to Baahhston... I'll be driving a caahhr around the yaahd from Monday till Friday. Should be a GREAT time.. :-/ Oh well.. whatever earns a paycheck right?

Along the wedding front, things are progressing. Kelsey and I have picked out most of our pictures for the slide show. I've started scanning mine into the computer. I thought it would take forever, but it looks like I've found a nice little way to make things go faster. Its fun to look at old pictures. I think Kelsey will win the "cutest little kid" contest between the two of us. She has some really good pictures. Of the ones i've scanned so far, this one is my personal favorite of me.



If she'll let me, i'll put a good one of Kelsey for a little preview for all that are interested. Until then, lots more work to do! The day draws near and we're both getting really excited for it!
